NEW YEAR, BETTER YOU
Hey guys, HAPPY NEW YEAR! 2019 is officially here and I foresee it being one of the best years yet! I hope you all had a great holiday and an absolutely wonderful New Years. I decided to celebrate and ring in my 2019 in Denver, which was a great idea! I had the best time and really enjoyed the change of scene. Sometimes, it's good to be spontaneous and switch up your environment. Changing your surroundings has been shown to have some really good health benefits. It's also a great way to reset and balance your mind. If you feel like you're falling into the same old routine where you are no longer evolving or growing, consider taking a small adventure. This is chapter one of twelve and you have 362 chances (as of today) to make your dreams a reality and work towards becoming a better you!
I hope you have all set goals and made resolutions for 2019, just as I have. I always encourage others to put their goals, aspirations and dreams to paper. There is something to be said about writing down what you envision and want. Having a hard copy of what you've set out to achieve during the coming year is a great reminder and serves as a wonderful tool that'll hold you accountable. I love writing down my resolutions and being able to clearly see my goals as the year unfolds.

I know the saying typically is "New Year, New Me" but, why do you have to be new? Embrace who you are and focus on enhancing the amazing person you already are. I am a firm believer in always trying to better yourself all year long. The worst thing you can do is live a stagnant life, so push the envelope, work hard, set/achieve your goals and strive to live your best life!
